Work Arrangement:

Onsite Role Overview We are seeking Functional Testers with strong end-to-end software testing experience, including test scenario development, test execution, defect analysis, and documentation. The ideal candidates will have experience testing Health and Human Services systems, particularly Integrated Eligibility programs, and will be comfortable testing web-based applications, databases, interfaces, batches, reports, security roles, and data conversion. Required Skills

• 3+ years of end-to-end software testing experience, including writing and executing test scenarios and documenting software defects.
• Experience testing Health and Human Services systems, with a focus on Integrated Eligibility rules for Cash (TANF), Medical Assistance (Medicaid), Food Benefits (SNAP), and Child Care programs.
• Strong understanding of testing techniques including white-box, black-box, coverage, and regression testing.
• Experience testing batches, interfaces including flat files and SOAP UI, reports, security roles including coarse-grain and fine-grain, and data conversion.
• Experience reviewing system documentation, identifying test objectives, developing and updating test cases, and executing functional and regression testing for web-based applications.
• Ability to independently write and modify moderately complex SQL queries to validate database results.
• Experience testing web-based replacement of legacy systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and meet project timelines.
• Ability to coordinate across teams, gather information, present findings, and resolve issues.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment.
• Ability to deliver under pressure.
• Willingness to live and work in Central Pennsylvania. Preferred Skills
• Test automation experience.
• Experience with Agile, RUP, Lean, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using Azure DevOps to write and execute test cases.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field. Key Responsibilities
• Review system documentation and identify test objectives.
• Develop and update test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional and regression test scenarios for web-based applications.
• Analyze and clearly document defects that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.
• Perform testing of Integrated Eligibility systems, batches, interfaces, reports, security roles, data conversion, and database results.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information, communicate findings, and resolve issues. Expected Deliverables
