ITSM Specialist Key Responsibilities Monitor and support daily ITSM operations to ensure service delivery processes are functioning effectively and efficiently Manage the full change record lifecycle, from initiation through closure, ensuring compliance with the established change management program and procedure Maintain accurate standard operating procedure documentation of ITSM processes and platform configurations Serve as a User Acceptance Tester (UAT) for agile development stories related to ITSM processes, validating that enhancements meet business and functional requirements before deployment Location :
100% Remote Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $80,000 - $95,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits:
