We are seeking an organized, curious, and detail-oriented OCR & Product Operations Coordinator to help us improve the quality and reliability of our products through real-world testing and operational support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, shopping, couponing testing software, organizing information, and helping build a growing company from the ground up. No software engineering experience is required.•Position Summary The OCR & Product Operations Coordinator will serve as Kaylus' primary testing and validation specialist. This role will work closely with leadership, engineering, and data science teams to improve receipt processing accuracy, identify product matching issues, test new features, and help ensure a high-quality user experience. The ideal candidate enjoys finding problems before customers do and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small team. Key Responsibilities OCR & Receipt Validation (Primary Responsibility) Purchase products from various retailers for testing purposes. Generate and process receipts through the Kaylus platform. Validate receipt parsing and product matching accuracy. Identify false positive and false negative matches. Test offer eligibility and redemption workflows. Create and execute real-world testing scenarios. Testing Plan Development Collaborate with leadership and Data Science to develop weekly testing plans. Help identify high-risk workflows and edge cases. Build retailer-specific and category-specific testing scenarios. Maintain and expand a growing OCR testing library.

Lemons vs. Lemonade Dairy products Multipack products Store-brand products Produce sold by weight Product abbreviations Product & Quality Assurance Testing Test the Kaylus mobile application. Test the web-based Offer Builder portal. Validate end-to-end user experiences. Reproduce and document software bugs. Verify fixes implemented by engineering teams. Product Operations Create and manage products, offers, campaigns, and test data. Verify campaign setup and offer configurations. Support day-to-day operational activities. Logging, Documentation & Reporting Document testing results and findings. Track bugs and product matching issues. Organize testing results and recommendations. Prepare concise weekly summaries for leadership. User Feedback Collect and organize feedback from users and future beta testers. Identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support future beta testing initiatives. Additional Duties Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Required Strong organizational skills Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills Excellent written and verbal communication High attention to detail Strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable learning new software systems Ability to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment Reliable transportation for retailer visits Preferred Experience in any of the following: Operations Project coordination Quality assurance Customer success Administrative support Technology products or mobile applications No coding or software engineering experience is required.
