Become part of the Labor Management team, designing, building, and delivering a robust application that supports Publix business areas in managing labor activities such as forecasting, time attendance and scheduling. In this role, you will define, lead, and elevate the overall strategy for end-to-end manual and automated testing for the labor management scheduling team.

Your Impact:
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers across manual and automated testing, fostering a high-performing quality culture Define and drive the overall quality strategy, standards, and best practices across labor management initiatives Own end-to-end test planning, including estimating efforts, developing test strategies, and ensuring comprehensive system coverage Develop, manage, and execute test cases, test scripts, and automated tests across UI, API, and backend layers Embed quality throughout the SDLC by integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines and promoting shift-left testing practices Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align quality goals with business outcomes and release readiness Manage test assets and workflows using Azure DevOps, including test cases, backlog, and execution tracking Facilitate defect management through identification, tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution across the project lifecycle Analyze requirements, design documentation, and release materials to translate them into effective test scenarios and validation strategies Establish and track quality metrics and KPIs, delivering clear test reports and insights to support go/no-go decisions and continuous improvement #LI-JB1
