As a Lead Software Engineer on the Store Item and Inventory Management Systems (SIIMS) team, you will partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, debug, and support the delivery of technical solutions on web and mobile platforms. The SIIMS team supports the following business processes for Retail store associates: adjustments, counts, in-store transfers, store-to-store transfers. SIIMS also manages item's data, store price overrides, and price & promotion data.

Your Impact:

Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to design, develop, support, and review complex technical solutions across the product portfolio. Collaborate with Product Owners to drive technical design decisions for scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Refine and prioritize team backlogs, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives. Monitor and troubleshoot Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) workloads, resolving performance, infrastructure, and deployment issues with DevOps teams. Serve as a senior technical mentor, conducting code reviews, analyzing defects, and guiding solution design best practices. Partner with BSAs, QA, and engineering teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high-quality software solutions.
