Hourly/Contractor The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for assessing software quality through manual and automated testing and finding and reporting bugs. The QA Tester will also be responsible for designing and implementing and validating test plans to improve usability of our products.
Details Job Responsibilities:
Testing of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems Ensuring that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified and fixed before the product goes live Executing test cases using industry standard testing tools such as PlayWrite, Chrome DevTools, and BrowserStack. Communicate bugs to developers and other stakeholders Focuses on deadlines and deliverables, ensuring the ability to find defects and bugs quickly Create process documentation as it relates to testing Provide support to the Tier 1 & 2 Operations teams in validating reported issues from client General Responsibilities The QA Tester should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills Creatively solve technical problems an ensure the ability to interpret technical requirements and test plans Documentation, Document QA and editorial review of customer facing documents, help content, and other media Education And Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years experience in a quality assurance role providing manual QA for Previous experience with both manual and automated QA Testing Previous experience with PlayWrite, Chrome DevTools, and BrowserStack Fluency in English. Participation in weekly SCRUM and Team Meetings No agencies will be considered.
