Senior SDET

Overview We are looking for a Senior SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to join a long-term enterprise project focused on building scalable, high-quality applications. This role requires strong experience in test automation, framework design, and API/backend validation , along with the ability to work closely with developers in an Agile environment. We are particularly looking for candidates who have hands-on experience building automation frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines , similar to real-world enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks Build and execute UI, API, and end-to-end automated test suites Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test strategies Perform API and backend validation to ensure data integrity and business logic accuracy Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing Collaborate with developers, product, and DevOps teams to improve overall product quality Analyze defects, debug issues, and drive resolution across systems Contribute to test strategy, process improvements, and automation best practices Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software testing / QA automation Strong experience building automation frameworks using tools such as: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress Strong experience in API testing and backend validation (REST APIs, JSON, etc.) Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.) Solid understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, E2E) Strong debugging, problem-solving, and defect analysis skills Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have / Preferred Experience designing scalable, reusable automation frameworks (POM, data-driven, etc.) Experience with cloud-based test execution (AWS or Azure) Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes for test environments Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.) Strong SQL skills for backend data validation Experience with monitoring/reporting tools (Allure, Grafana, dashboards) Experience mentoring junior QA engineers What We're Looking For We are looking for engineers who: Have hands-on automation experience (not just manual testing) Can own test frameworks end-to-end Understand both frontend and backend testing flows Are comfortable working in enterprise-scale, distributed systems Can clearly explain their testing strategy and technical decisions

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
