Job Description

Experteer Overview In this high-visibility role, you will establish a world-class QA practice for an enterprise-scale environment and lead cross-functional testing of complex ServiceNow modules. You will drive automation adoption within the DevOps lifecycle and ensure release readiness for global growth. You'll work closely with the Technology Business Services team to improve quality across IRM/GRC workflows and platform upgrades. This is a chance to shape how we deliver scalable, compliant solutions that meet regulatory demands and business needs.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Define the QA roadmap and manage a mix of manual, automation, and business testers for end-to-end coverage
  • Design and execute test plans for IRM/GRC workflows including policy attestations, risk scoring, and vendor assessments
  • Build and maintain scalable automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF and other enterprise tools
  • Lead defect triage meetings, perform root-cause analysis, and reduce production defects
  • Coordinate testing for platform upgrades, patches, and integrations with systems like HRSD, ERPs, and identity platforms
  • Establish QA KPIs (defect trends, test coverage) to provide data-driven release readiness insights Tasks
  • 4+ years in Software QA/Release Management
  • 3+ years dedicated to the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise setting
  • 2+ years of experience as a QA lead
  • Proven experience testing ServiceNow IRM/GRC and
CMDB/CSDM
modules
  • Hands-on mastery of ServiceNow ATF, Jira/Azure DevOps, and Postman
  • Deep knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing within Agile/CI/CD
  • Experience leading Defect Triage and influencing Product Owners/Architects
  • Experience validating complex APIs and middleware between ServiceNow and third-party providers Key requirements
