Sr. QA Automation Engineer

Senior QA Automation Engineer We're hiring a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead automation initiatives, elevate product quality, and collaborate closely with fellow QA team members, developers, and product owners. What You'll Do Develop and maintain automated test suites for software system (Guidewire) website/mobile apps Create automation for functional, regression, API, and integration testing Improve CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable feedback Perform root cause analysis and drive quality improvements Mentor junior QA team members and influence testing strategy What We're Looking For 5+ years of QA experience with strong automation focus Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#, SQL Experience with tools like Selenium, Gatling would be nice to have Solid API testing and CI/CD experience Strong debugging, analytical, and collaboration skills
