Candidates in the Columbus, Ohio and Jacksonville, Florida area are preferred; remote employment is also possible for candidates in Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Alabama.
Compensation Range:
$108,000
•$116,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications Are you passionate about quality, automation, and delivering exceptional software experiences? We are seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer
•Automation with 5 years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on automation to design, implement, and improve automated testing solutions that ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of software applications. What Youll Do Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing. Lead the automation strategy, prioritizing efforts based on risk, impact, and business needs; establish and enforce automation standards and best practices. manual test cases into automated solutions. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Execute, monitor, and maintain automated regression and smoke test suites to ensure product stability and quality. Conduct root cause analysis on defects and test failures. Prepare and communicate quality metrics and status reports to management. Collaborate with s Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined. What You Bring Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 5 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies Experience building automated test frameworks Familiarity with coding and debugging Experience with API and microservices testing Experience with cloud-based environments, i.e. Azure; experience with performance testing, preferred Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Postman, Playwright, and/or Thunder Client a plus
