Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding The Senior SDET position is responsible to be part of a product delivery team, and be a key contributor to the technical solutions it provides. They will be helping to develop software solutions in an agile environment, demonstrating exceptional accountability and attention to detail. The person in this role will focus on ensuring quality in all products their team supports, and will have the ability to mentor others in quality assurance techniques. This role functions as a quality advocate for the team. The position is highly collaborative and requires excellent communication skills as this person will be working with technical team membership, leadership, product team members, support team members, and business stakeholders, to ensure the correct solutions are built. The role also coordinates with other technical teams, and participates in a cross-team community focused on quality assurance, and works to improve QA practices across the enterprise. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline 4-6 years practical experience with automated testing of software solutions in a professional environment Proficient with 1 or more software development languages (preferably Java Spring/Spring Boot, Javascript) Proficient with database query languages (SQL) Mastery of software development lifecycle and version control system (preferably GIT) Expert in Agile development practices Expert in software testing strategies and current testing technologies Preferred Familiarity with front-end frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, Angular, React, Vue.js) Familiarity with Java Spring/Spring Boot Familiarity with Salesforce (Classic and Lightning) Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (preferably AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka) Knowledge of core security principles Experience with DevOps (CI/CD, TDD, Automated testing) Mastery of automated testing frameworks and tools (Jasmine/Jest, Junit, WebDriverIO) Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to teach others We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $116,500 - $225,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses.
