$34/hour Job Description We are seeking an experienced UAT Tester to support User Acceptance Testing activities within Risk Administration for a large financial services organization. This role focuses on validating business requirements, executing UAT test scenarios, documenting results, and collaborating closely with business and technology partners to ensure high-quality product delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Responsibilities

• Perform User Acceptance Testing and clearly communicate test results
• Develop, execute, revise, and maintain UAT test cases for in-scope applications
• Understand business requirements and translate them into effective UAT scenarios
• Formulate test approaches, test plans, dependencies, and risk assessments
• Execute business scenarios in UAT environments and reconcile results across teams
• Document test executions, defects, and outcomes in detail using UAT/QA tools
• Partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements and share testing status
• Ensure all testing artifacts are properly updated, stored, and compliant with standards
• Support UAT readiness, milestones, and execution in partnership with UAT Leads and Managers
• Recommend and implement process or tooling improvements to increase testing efficiency and effectiveness Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of

UAT / QA

testing experience

• Strong UAT experience is required
• Advanced SQL skills (required)
• Experience with UAT/QA tools such as qTest
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• AWS knowledge
• Strong analytical, time management, and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change Preferred Skills
• Experience in financial services, risk, or enterprise environments
• Familiarity with innovation tools and modern testing practices
• Ability to work across multiple teams and testing efforts simultaneously The salary range for this position is $34/hr.
