Job Description
Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area Defining targets for the team in coordination with the Manager Acting as the main point of contact for development teams for any functional, organisational or commercial matters arising regarding testing Ensuring the necessary testing for product validation (both the performance of the tests and the test results) Deriving and defining requirements for validation and testing based on the system requirements Responsible for safety in the laboratory and test area, incl. safe test bench operation and testing whilst complying with all relevant standards and legal regulations Strategically developing the validation and testing skills in coordination with the Manager Coordinating validation and testing activities at international level at internal and external service providers and partners Drawing up reports on work results, costs and planned investments Responsible for ensuring the equipment is operational Other duties, as assigned ElringKlinger is one of the world's leading automotive suppliers and technology groups.
