Job Description

Basic Function:
The Software QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring the function of software systems conform to company standards.
Responsibilities :
Continually expand knowledge of our software systems and how users interact with them. Perform testing for software modifications. Design and execute systems to check for issues. Document test cases. Record test progress and results. Create test plans. Delegate software testing where necessary to meet requirements and timelines. Interface with users and Operations Specialist to gather user/designer feedback on mods. Interface with developers to ensure the timely completion of mods. Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness. Discover and report software system bugs. Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes. Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing. Identify any potential problems that users might encounter. Perform manual and automated testing. Perform and document risk analysis. Research and analyze product features being tested. Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes. Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associates or bachelor's degree in related field preferred OR two (2) or more years in a similar position or related field. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excel Proficiency. Excellent knowledge of reporting tools. Ability to multi-task and time manage. Worldclass professionalism and working well with stakeholders. Enhanced Computer Literacy. Ability to lead group meetings. Math Aptitude. Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
