Job Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst to support the Bank of America nCino implementation. The role will focus on testing nCino customizations, validating integrations, and developing Selenium/Cucumber automation. The analyst will collaborate within an Agile team and may contribute to Salesforce development tasks as a T-shaped team member.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain Selenium/Cucumber automation test scripts for Salesforce and nCino features. Execute functional, integration, and regression testing for Apex-heavy customizations and Salesforce components. Validate web services integrations using Postman and SoapUI, including REST and SOAP payloads. Test ETL data flows for MuleSoft and Informatica integrations with Salesforce. Create and manage test data, leverage Data Loader and Workbench, and assess security and access models. Author clear test plans, test cases, and defect reports aligned to Agile ceremonies and deliverables. Support limited Salesforce development tasks as needed within the Agile team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Expert-level Selenium and Cucumber automation development. Hands-on testing experience with Salesforce customizations, including Apex-heavy solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform components: LWC, Visualforce, triggers, security model, Data Loader, Workbench, and flows. Experience testing web services integrations with Salesforce using Postman and SoapUI, including JSON and XML. Experience testing ETL integrations with Salesforce; MuleSoft and Informatica preferred. Intermediate SQL, preferably Oracle PL/SQL. Proven Agile team experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 10+ years of overall experience.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with BofA automation framework or other Gherkin-based frameworks. nCino or other Salesforce-native product knowledge. Banking and financial services domain knowledge. Background in development with Salesforce, Java, .NET, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
