Job Description

Experteer Overview In this high-visibility role, you will establish a world-class QA practice for an enterprise-scale ServiceNow environment and lead cross-functional testing for complex IRM/GRC modules. You'll move the team from manual to automated testing, accelerating release cycles within a DevOps workflow. Your work supports global growth by ensuring compliant, audit-ready workflows and robust integrations with external systems. You will partner with architecture and product stakeholders to drive quality and reduce technical debt while shaping the QA strategy for the Technology Business Services group.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Define the QA roadmap across manual, automation, and business testers to ensure end-to-end coverage
  • Design and execute test plans for IRM/GRC workflows, including policy attestations and risk scoring
  • Build and maintain scalable automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF and other enterprise tools
  • Lead defect triage meetings and perform root cause analysis to prevent production bugs
  • Coordinate testing for platform upgrades, patches, and integrations with HRSD, ERPs, and identity platforms
  • Establish quality KPIs and report defect trends and coverage to stakeholders Tasks
  • 4+ years in Software QA/Release Management with 3+ years on the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise setting
  • 2+ years as a QA lead mentoring junior testers and driving accountability across distributed teams
  • Proven testing experience on ServiceNow IRM/GRC and
CMDB/CSDM
in regulated industries
  • Hands-on mastery of ServiceNow ATF, Jira/Azure DevOps, and API testing tools like Postman
  • Strong knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing within Agile and CI/CD
  • Experience leading Defect Triage and influencing Product Owners and Architects on quality and technical debt
  • Experience validating complex APIs and middleware connections between ServiceNow and third-party risk/identity providers Key requirements
