Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance team and ensure the delivery of top-tier software products. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in testing methodologies, automation tools, and software development processes across various platforms including mobile and web applications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee quality standards in a dynamic environment, utilizing a broad range of technical skills and industry best practices. Duties Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies for software applications across Android, iOS, and web platforms. Lead the design and execution of manual and automated test cases using tools such as TestNG, Selenium, JUnit, and Visual Studio. Oversee testing of mobile applications utilizing frameworks compatible with Android and iOS environments. Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing within CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, Azure DevOps, and TFS. Manage test automation frameworks built with Java, C#, Python, Node.js, and other relevant technologies. Conduct performance testing and analysis using tools like LoadRunner or similar to ensure application scalability. Monitor defect tracking systems such as Jira or TFS; prioritize bugs and coordinate resolution efforts. Ensure compliance with quality standards by performing code reviews, analyzing test results, and implementing process improvements. Maintain documentation related to test plans, cases, scripts, and reports for audit purposes. Lead training sessions for team members on new testing tools and methodologies. Stay current with industry trends in software testing, DevOps practices, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and emerging technologies. Requirements Proven experience in software quality assurance management within a fast-paced development environment. Strong proficiency in automation tools including Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Visual Studio, and related frameworks. Expertise in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, C++, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PHP; familiarity with Node.js is a plus. Experience working with databases like MySQL, SQL Server (Microsoft SQL Server), Oracle, PL/SQL; knowledge of JDBC is preferred. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git (GitLab/GitHub), SVN (Subversion), TFS (Team Foundation Server). Knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Maven, Maven plugins; experience with DevOps pipelines is desirable. Understanding of operating systems including Windows and Linux/Unix environments. Skills in API testing using RESTful services; experience with
XML/JSON
data formats. Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting complex issues related to software performance or stability. Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
