PAY RATE

POSITION SUMMARY

Test CWSA's website, forms, downloads, links, demo pages, and digital content using checklist-based quality assurance tasks to ensure accuracy and functionality.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Test website pages, buttons, forms, links, and downloadable content Review pages for spelling errors, broken links, missing images, or formatting issues Complete structured QA checklists for assigned pages and features Report issues using screenshots and written descriptions Track testing status and document which pages have been reviewed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Basic computer and internet skills; comfortable navigating web browsers Ability to follow a checklist consistently and accurately Good attention to detail and ability to document issues clearly

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Interest in technology, websites, accessibility, design, software, or digital operations Familiarity with browsers, mobile devices, and web form testing

PHYSICAL & COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS

Sedentary to light work primarily computer-based; prolonged sitting at a workstation Ability to use keyboard, mouse, and monitor for extended periods (4-8 hours/day) Visual acuity sufficient to read documents, websites, spreadsheets, and digital screens Effective written and verbal communication via telephone or video conferencing Strong cognitive ability including sustained attention, detail orientation, and structured thinking No heavy lifting required occasional handling of documents up to 10 lbs Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified individuals with disabilities
