Mechanic Certification Exam Staff - Supervisor Lehi, UT (travel to Payson, UT as needed) | Contract |

In-Person Pay:

$200/event + $50 for being Team Lead About the Role As an ASE Exam Supervisor, you're the on-site lead for mechanic certification testing events. You'll oversee proctors, manage exam-day operations, and serve as the primary contact between the testing site, ASE, Prometric, and our recruiting team. Responsibilities Arrive early, complete setup, and run required demo tests before check-in Lead all on-site staff, assign positions, and enforce testing procedures Manage candidate check-in, verify rosters, and maintain a secure environment Send real-time arrival, mid-day, and end-of-day communications Respond to all party communications within 10 minutes during events Document and report incidents, technical issues, and event summaries Qualifications Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communicator — calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure Highly reliable and punctual; must arrive on time or early Detail-oriented with ability to follow and relay instructions precisely Comfortable with basic computer and tech tools Able to be on-site for full event duration (demo ~1 hr; test days up to 9 hrs) Available to travel to our Payson, UT sister location when needed
