PM Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases Lead validation efforts across multiple systems and environments Identify, document, and prioritize defects with detailed analysis Guide and mentor junior testers Collaborate with engineering teams to refine requirements and test coverage Perform root cause analysis on complex system issues Analyze system behavior and performance under different conditions Contribute to process improvements and test strategy development Configure, deploy and improve testing infrastructure and environments

Knowledge/Education:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering (or equivalent experience) 5-10 years of experience in software or system testing Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing methods Experience troubleshooting complex systems Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools Experience with testing concepts such as (Black box, white box, load testing, performance, scalability, smoke, integration, regression, hardware / software). Experience with performance or scalability testing Basic automation or scripting experience Experience working with distributed or networked systems Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tooling Experience mentoring or leading small teams Exposure to data analysis or metrics-driven validation Experience with tools such as

Atlassian Products, JAMA, Visual Studio Code Skills and Abilities:
