This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning and execution of testing activities across various development and integration projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing robust test strategies, validating both functional and security requirements, and managing defect tracking processes. By ensuring systems meet Government acceptance criteria, this role contributes significantly to the overall mission of maintaining secure and reliable enterprise IT solutions.
Please Note:
This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities Lead and oversee test planning and execution activities for development and integration efforts. Establish comprehensive test strategies tailored to project needs. Validate functional and security requirements to ensure compliance with Government standards. Manage defect tracking and resolution processes to maintain software quality. Ensure systems meet Government acceptance criteria through rigorous testing protocols. Coordinate with development teams to integrate testing activities seamlessly. Optimize system performance through targeted testing and analysis. Implement automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Ensure adherence to 508 accessibility standards and security compliance. Document and report on testing outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Compliance:
DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 671-System Testing and Evaluation Specialist at the Intermediate proficiency level Certifications (one or more required): CEH, CFR, Cloud+, GSEC, PenTest+, Security+,
SSCP Education:
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering Minimum of 12 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance for enterprise applications Extensive experience with systems integration testing and performance optimization Proven track record of leading testing activities for complex government systems Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and methodologies Strong understanding of security compliance requirements and 508 accessibility standards
Desired Skills Desired Qualifications Clearance:
