Software Tester/QA Analyst 3- Richmond, VA- Onsite

Job Summary:

Seeking a QA/Test Lead to define and drive the overall quality assurance strategy, ensuring delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions. This role leads testing across the SDLC, establishes QA standards, and collaborates with development, product, and business teams. Experience building a QA program (standards, templates, best practices) is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Own QA strategy, test planning, execution, and reporting Lead functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing Develop test plans, cases, and traceability matrices Manage defects, test environments, and release readiness Coordinate QA efforts across teams and vendors Establish QA standards, governance, and best practices

Required Qualifications:

5+ years in QA/testing; 3+ years in QA/Test Lead role Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall Experience with test management & automation tools Hands-on UAT experience with business stakeholders Experience in clinical healthcare environments
