Job Description

Ten Gun is seeking a Quality Analyst contractor who has a passion for upholding quality assurance standards for a dedicated set of creative projects with an emphasis on pixel-perfect accuracy and consistency. They are highly detail oriented, adaptive, collaborative, and able align to established QA policies, processes, and documentation standards.
Note:
This role is specific to design and production design QA, not UI/UX or web QA.
Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with QA team to deliver effective and efficient quality assurance. Evaluate deliverables within a dedicated workstream for written, visual, and functional consistency and accuracy within primarily digital mediums. Review text (alignment of copy doc against design, consistent formatting, adherence to established policies, etc.), basic visual elements (style consistency, alignment, etc.), and file setup (file and layer naming, deliverable specifications, file cleanup, etc.) to ensure they adequately meet standards. Uphold unique brand standards according to client specifications and clearly communicate errors to ensure high-quality assets. Review for basic accessibility standards including color contrast minimums. Provide project updates and statuses to ensure quality of delivery. Work well under general direction with some supervision. Partner with Lead QA Analyst to define challenges.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of graphic design or production design experience in an agency or in-house environment, with a desire to focus on the QA discipline. BFA in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Figma required. Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus. Print experience and ability to understand basic print separations a plus. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Great attitude that positively influences those around you.
