Position Requirements:

Target Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited college or university.
Target Experience:
Seven (7) years' experience in management and execution of Navy contracts. Responsibilities include overall contract execution including: 1. Contract Execution & Compliance, 2. Project Planning & Management 3. Financial Management 4. Stakeholder & Customer Communication 5. Risk Management, 6. Team Leadership & Personnel Management, 8. Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight, 9. Reporting and Documentation in accordance with the CDRL requirements. PMP Certification (or DAWIA Level II/III in Program Management) preferred Desired Experience in undersea range acoustic testing, operations, test event execution with both manned and unmanned vehicles. Experience with development, fabrication and test of range facility equipment, environmental testing, and production control. Experienced in depot operations, logistics, and quality assurance.
