Expected Salary Range:

$90,000- $110,000 Responsibilities Collaborate with scientists and engineers to develop advanced statistical and machine learning algorithms for cutting edge applications Collect and analyze large data sets of atmospheric data Conduct model sensitivity and validation tests Qualifications PhD in Statistics is preferred, candidates with an MS in Statistics and relevant job experience will also be considered Demonstrated experience with ML techniques Knowledge of extreme value models, goodness-of-fit test statistics, estimation methods, distribution fitting, and statistical inference Excellent written and oral communication skills Able to work independently and in a team environment Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Commuter benefits Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays Paid parental leave
