HOW THE OPERATIONS AND CONFIGURATION MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The operations and configuration manager implements and maintains the configuration management processes tools and infrastructure in alignment with the PWS. Supports the development of the Configuration Management Plan (CMP). Develops and uses the configuration management database and seeks approval from the appropriate government counterpart prior to the implementation of changes in alignment with the

Strong Communications both verbal and written, briefing leadership and working with remote team members globally. ITIL foundation, ITSM processes.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
