Full Job Description Overview:
The Junior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst will assist the Program Management Office (PMO) Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) International Project Office (IPO) by serving as the focal point to liaison between the FMS Program Integrators (PIs), Security Assistance Management directorate (SAMD), and the International Cooperation Office (ICO) FMS Case developers. The FMS Analyst shall perform all efforts required to support FMS program activities from pre-LOR, Case Development, Implementation, Execution, and Closure.
Responsibilities:
The FMS Analyst shall be co-located with the UAS PMO IPO, report to the
UAS PMO IPO
Deputy Director, and perform the following duties: Assist in conducting and monitoring all FMS case actions in conjunction with PIs and FMS Case Developers, to include planning cases and Pricing and Availability (P&A) actions. Monitor progress of FMS case execution from receipt of the signed and funded Letter of Acceptance (LOA) through submission of the Contract Requirement Packages (CRP) to the Acquisition Directorate and subsequent contract award. Be informed of and involved with all proposed case modifications and Participate in Letter of Request (LOR) technical evaluations for PM UAS managed items and services for situational awareness of upcoming requirements. UAS PMO IPO
internal/external meetings, as required.
Qualifications:
Required Skills/Abilities:
HS Diploma. 2 years of administrative experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in use of computers, computer peripherals, and the use of various word-processing software including the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks. Travel Requirements up to 5%. Knowledge/Skills Knowledge of office administration and procedures. Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills. Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully. Interact with a diverse array of customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Work independently with accountability for accurate and complete results. Be extremely organized and exceptionally detail oriented. Work well both independently and in a team environment. Be energized by a fast-paced work environment. Must be able to communicate with others effectively. Analyze information and respond appropriately. Manage time wisely and prioritize tasks. Provide superior customer service. PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
