Engineering Analyst/Acquisition Support Specialist Summary:
Supports acquisition program management, cost estimating, and data management for engineering projects and programs.
Key Duties:
Assist in preparing acquisition documentation, statements of work, and market research. Develop independent government cost estimates (IGCE) and lifecycle cost analyses. Track and report project data in government systems (e.g., NEXGEN IT). Support the development of metrics and quality assurance measures for cost estimating. Ensure compliance with confidentiality, security, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent experience (minimum 8 years in engineering or acquisition support). Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain required clearances.
