Full-time Position Summary:
The Computer Systems Analyst will be responsible for using analysis and techniques to solve infrastructure and connectivity issues in our Technology and Innovation department. They are responsible to identify risks, and improvements needed by designing solutions and implementing change. They also provide support to staff on all computer related issues on all our campuses by performing basic computer hardware repair, including installation, configuration, and deployment. This position is connected to the faith and ministry of the church and moves forward the vision of Central Christian Church.
Responsibilities:
Apply system analysis techniques and procedures to monitor the network using various tools and applications. Manage cybersecurity monitoring and response, including: Identifying and remediating malware, viruses, and external threats using Cisco FirePower, FireAMP, and firewall systems. Consulting with staff on security-related concerns. Documenting and testing new security services to provide multi-layered endpoint protection. Collaborating with the cybersecurity council to implement best practices and plan future enhancements. Serving as the first responder to security breaches or virus outbreaks, including the development of a formal cybersecurity response plan. Provide user support for congregation members related to their Rock accounts. Oversee hardware specifications and proactive monitoring for: AutoMOX patch management Cisco FireAMP endpoint security Maintain our vulnerability management program across all campuses. Conduct regular system reviews, generating reports that identify efficiencies and areas for improvement. Manage the full lifecycle of our surveillance system: Installation of cameras System configuration Ongoing software management and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security Support physical network infrastructure tasks, including: Running and terminating network cables Installing network hardware Overseeing network setup for new construction or renovations Provide technology consulting to all ministry teams: Meet regularly with ministries to assess needs Proactively offer technical solutions to improve ministry operations Provide Level 2 support for technical assistance requests: Respond in person, by phone, remote access, or email Diagnose and resolve both hardware and software issues Advise staff on best practices for computer usage Provide weekend IT support as needed

A minimum of three years of computer/Cybersecurity experience. Ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions to complex analytical questions Strong analytical and technical skills Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving issues Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve goals Continually learn and improve technical skills. Physical Requirements:
