  • About the Role
  • We're seeking a detail?oriented
  • Project Technician Analyst
  • to provide administrative, financial, and technical support across a large transmission organization.
In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring transmission projects are accurately documented, financially reconciled, and properly closed—supporting safe, reliable utility infrastructure for the communities we serve. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep projects on track, thrives in a fast?changing environment, and values precision, collaboration, and accountability.

59 - $37.93/hour
  • What You'll Do Day to Day
  • You'll support the full lifecycle of transmission projects, with responsibilities including: + Providing
  • administrative, financial, and technical support
  • for transmission projects + Supporting
  • project closeout activities
  • by reviewing construction documentation and resolving discrepancies + Reviewing
  • Z?sheets and closeout packages
  • to reconcile unused or returned materials against design drawings and bills of material + Documenting
  • material variances, asset changes, and project notes
  • in WAM and related systems + Supporting
  • CPR activities
  • and coordinating with accounting to ensure proper asset capitalization + Reviewing and interpreting
  • utility construction and design prints
  • to support reconciliation and as?built documentation + Preparing, managing, and maintaining
  • project, legal, and compliance documentation
  • using Word, Excel, and PDF tools + Communicating with
  • project teams, engineers, and field crews
  • to gather information and resolve open items + Adapting to shifting priorities and assisting with
  • ad hoc project support needs
  • What We're Looking For
  • + Experience working in
  • utilities, construction, or infrastructure environments
  • + Ability to
  • read and understand construction and design prints
  • + Strong attention to detail, especially when reconciling
  • materials, quantities, and documentation
  • + Comfort working in a
  • support role
  • with frequent priority changes + Proficiency with
  • Microsoft Office
  • (Word, Excel, PDF editing tools) + Willingness and eagerness to
  • learn new systems, processes, and technical concepts
  • + Strong communication skills, with confidence interacting directly with
  • field crews and project leads

  • Pay Details:
  • $27.
