Role:
The Information Technology Helpdesk Intern is responsible for helping us fulfill service and helpdesk requests, set up new users, and provide level 1 support at our Tempe, AZ office location. The role is an hourly position, and we are looking for up to 20 hours of support for 12-16 weeks with the option to extend hours and duration upon mutual agreement. Image and re-image PCs and configure new and existing PCs and Macs for deployment. Assist with user PC setups and swaps, which includes helping with the setup of new user PCs and the swapping of old equipment, including data transfers. Provide level 1 technical assistance to users at various levels, resolving hardware and software issues. Assist with addressing IT helpdesk tickets in a timely fashion. Help with IT inventory management, including both hardware and software assets. Support employee roster management, tracking and auditing via on- and off-boarding activities.
