Femont, CA Job Description:

Required Qualifications and Experience 20+ years of overall SAP experience, with substantial leadership responsibility in SAP PLM and discrete manufacturing. Proven delivery experience across multiple full-lifecycle SAP ECC and/or

SAP S/4HANA

transformation programs. Deep business-process knowledge spanning Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, and Program Management. Hands-on functional and solution architecture expertise in SAP PLM, DMS, classification, BOM management, ECM, Variant Configuration, Object Dependencies, and NPI. Strong experience with NSR processes and ETO/CTO operating models for highly configurable or engineered products. Demonstrated ability to define PLM-SAP integration architecture, data ownership, interface contracts, error handling, reconciliation, and governance. Excellent executive communication, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and global delivery leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline; a master's degree is preferred.
