•$90,000 Position Summary The SaaS Systems Analyst plays a critical role within the TechOps IT team, overseeing and optimizing the organization's SaaS applications. This role focuses on configuration, user access, troubleshooting, integrations, data extraction, reporting, and ensuring security compliance across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Configure and administer SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Entrata, LoanPro, BigQuery, Glide, RingCentral, Stonly, AI tools, etc.) Manage user accounts, permissions, and application settings Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues Conduct root-cause analysis and replicate user-reported bugs Manage integrations and SSO configurations across platforms Implement security policies, access controls, and compliance standards Coordinate with vendors on updates, feature requests, and support tickets Analyze usage data to optimize licensing and reduce costs Extract raw data from SaaS platforms and build structured spreadsheets/tools Support help desk ticket resolution and create user documentation Generate reports on usage, performance, and cost trends Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficiency with SaaS systems, integrations, and support concepts Advanced spreadsheet skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience with QA testing, diagnostics, and workflow analysis Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
