Life:
In the position of Coord, SAP you will Directly support the SAP IT team's internal projects, communications, processes, and support documentation.
The Impact You'll Make:
Conduct data entry to applications and tools to support IT processes. Support meetings by coordinating with attendees, prepare and distribute support materials, and capture outcomes and action items. Liaise with various departments to ensure upcoming activities are communicated to attendees. Organize and consolidate information for reporting. Build forms, templates, and graphics that consolidate information into easy reference materials. Distribute content to various support teams and project members. Support the IT procurement process, travel and expense, and external business partner management. ->> Coordinate the processing and accuracy of records for various defined special programs. Document department procedures, training, and communication channels. Conduct research and gather information to be presented in a meaningful way. Create powerful presentations from provided information and present information in meetings as needed. Facilitate delivery of training on internal frameworks, procedures, and guidelines for organization. Apply a variety of policies and procedures where specific guidelines may not exist. Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
Who You Are:
High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED). Associate Degree preferred
Experience Desired:
Between 3-5 years of experience in IT support, project management, or a related field.
Computer Skills Desired:
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Power Point and Teams) software and email applications.
