Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Core Systems Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Roseville, CA. This role is ideal for an early-career IT professional who wants to build hands-on experience supporting core banking systems, business applications, reporting, troubleshooting, and technology improvement initiatives within the banking and consumer lending industry. The Core Systems Analyst will work closely with IT, business users, and vendors to help maintain reliable system performance, resolve application issues, support upgrades, and improve day-to-day operational efficiency.   • Provide day-to-day support for core banking applications and related ancillary business systems.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot application issues, and assist with timely resolution of user-reported problems.
  • Support software upgrades, patches, testing, implementations, and system enhancement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain documentation, procedures, user guides, reports, and system support materials.
  • Assist with data validation, report generation, system audits, compliance requirements, and security standards.
  • Collaborate with internal business teams and external vendors to gather requirements, escalate issues, and recommend process improvements. Compensation and Benefits

    $29.00 to $40.00 per hour.
