Finance, financial processes, controlling functions, and enterprise integrations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with finance stakeholders, business teams, and technical architects to drive scalable SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead

SAP FICO

architecture, solution design, and implementation initiatives. Design and optimize business processes related to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing. Drive

SAP S/4HANA

Finance transformation and migration projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, BW, and Treasury modules. Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprinting sessions. Configure and support financial closing processes, tax integrations, and reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, and regulatory standards. Support integrations with banking systems, third-party financial applications, and SAP interfaces. Mentor functional consultants and provide technical leadership across projects. Manage testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and production deployment support. Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years of

experience with at least 3+ years in Architect or Solution Lead role. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP ECC and

SAP S/4HANA

Finance implementations.

Expertise in:

General Ledger (GL) AP/AR Asset Accounting Bank Accounting Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders Product Costing COPA (Profitability Analysis) Experience integrating

SAP FICO

with MM, SD, PP, and external systems. Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and month-end closing processes. Experience with SAP Fiori and embedded analytics. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications

SAP FICO

Certification preferred. Experience with Central Finance (CFIN) and SAP Group Reporting is a plus. Exposure to SAP BTP and cloud-based finance solutions preferred. Prior experience in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or technology industries.
