Contract Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP O2C Solution Architect to lead and drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP SD, Billing, Invoicing, Subscription-based business models, and enterprise process transformation. The role requires extensive experience in conducting Fit-Gap Analysis, designing scalable O2C solutions, and supporting complex ERP migration programs, preferably from Oracle ERP to

SAP S/4HANA.

The Solution Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, integration teams, and implementation partners to define and implement best-in-class O2C processes aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP Order-to-Cash processes. Define scalable and standardized O2C solutions across sales order management, pricing, billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue-related processes. Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and functional specifications. Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and S/4HANA capabilities. Fit-Gap Analysis Conduct business process discovery workshops with stakeholders. Perform Fit-Gap Analysis to identify process gaps between current-state and SAP S4 Hana standard functionality. Recommend process harmonization, optimization, and future-state architecture. Document business requirements, functional gaps, risks, and mitigation strategies. Billing & Invoicing Design and implement SAP Billing and Invoicing solutions.

Configure and optimize:

Customer billing processes Invoice generation and management Credit and debit memo processing Pricing procedures and billing plans Revenue recognition integration Support automation and compliance requirements related to invoicing. SaaS Subscription & Provisioning Design O2C processes for SaaS and subscription-based business models. Experience with Subscription lifecycle management Recurring billing Usage-based billing Contract management Customer provisioning and activation processes Integrate subscription management processes with SAP O2C and downstream platforms. Migration & Transformation Lead ERP transformation initiatives involving Oracle-to-SAP migration projects. Analyze legacy Oracle Order Management, Billing, and Customer Master processes. Define migration strategy, data mapping, and process transition approaches. Support data conversion, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities. Stakeholder Management Partner with business leaders, product owners, and global process owners. Facilitate architecture reviews and design governance sessions. Provide thought leadership and advisory support during transformation programs. 12+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in: SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) SAP Billing and Invoicing

SAP S/4HANA

Proven experience conducting Fit-Gap Analysis and business process re-engineering. Hands-on experience with end-to-end O2C process design and implementation.

Strong knowledge of:

Order Management Pricing Billing Credit Management Customer Master Data Revenue processes Experience working in global ERP transformation programs.

Education:

At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required
