Job Description
JIRA Specialist (Contract | 3 Months)We are seeking a hands-on JIRA Specialist to optimize an existing post-migration JIRA environment and improve Agile processes across business and technology teams. This role will focus on workflow optimization, governance, reporting enhancements, and stakeholder alignment.
ResponsibilitiesAssess and improve JIRA workflows, issue types, statuses, permissions, and configurations.
Standardize processes for stories, tasks, bugs, priorities, severity levels, and sprint ownership.
Enhance dashboards, boards, filters, and reporting to improve visibility and team accountability.
Partner with business, IT, and vendor teams to align workflows and best practices.
Document processes and provide knowledge transfer materials.
