What You'll Be Doing Conduct comprehensive audits of artifacts to create and maintain accurate, as-built models and drawings for all ITSD technical areas. Use the BMC Helix™ ticketing system for working tasks Use Visio or MBSE tools to create and maintain as-built configuration drawings or models. Help create and maintain an MBSE program to transition from Visio diagrams to an MBSE environment.
