MEDITECH
Expanse EHR applications and related systems. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate resolutions. Support EHR configuration, system updates, testing, and implementation activities. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to improve workflows and system functionality. Assist with system integrations, data integrity, access management, and security compliance. Provide technical support and guidance to end users. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives. Maintain system documentation, procedures, and technical records. Support compliance with healthcare IT policies, privacy requirements, and applicable regulations. Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reliability, and user experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Information Systems, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with

Expanse Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in an acute care and/or ambulatory healthcare setting. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical information systems.
