The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, hardworking team-player who has strong organizational and client management skills. The goal will be to assist project managers and ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget. This position has high growth potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist project managers in the successful completion of various projects related to engineering, environmental planning, development, and more Assist coordinating the obtaining of permits or certifications as required Liaise with clients and other parties related to each project Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents Prepare proposals in MS Word Track "to do" lists for each project to ensure items are completed Schedule meetings, phone calls, site visits, deliveries etc. Answer incoming phone calls, assist callers as appropriate, and route calls to the appropriate team member Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner This is primarily a M-F position 8am to 5:30pm. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, paid vacations, paid holidays and 401k after initial vesting period.
