We are actively recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Configuration Manager to join our amazing team who can work independently and play a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness by ensuring that processes are efficient and aligned with strategic objectives. What You'll Do Develop and implement configuration management plans in support of the Project Manager for System Level Test Ensure all documents and project files are controlled throughout project lifecycle Implement and maintain version control system for development and ensure compliance with policies and regulations Guide the project team through the system engineering design and realization processes by creating and distributing reports on configuration status Collaborate with multiple Navy industry partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions Provide training, technical expertise and guidance on configuration management policies, procedures, and use of management tools Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders both verbally and in writing What You Bring A bachelor's degree in related discipline (Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field) 5+ years of experience in requirements development and programmatic documentation development, with a strong focus on configuration management Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to analyze and resolve issues related to configuration discrepancies Experience with process improvement and implementation strategies An active DoD security clearance at the SECRET level or above (or have held an active DoD clearance within the last 2 years) Track record of working with teams in a highly collaborative environment A willingness to work in a team environment and the ability to work independently while prioritizing and supporting multiple tasks Excellent computer/technology skills Bonus Points Experience in technical writing and documentation development High quality communication and presentation dexterity At JRC we offer...
