  • Manage QA and validation activities associated with CMM and related CSP systems/tools.
  • Develop and execute test approaches, identify and track deficiencies, validate corrections and make test-deficiency mitigation recommendations.
  • Maintain configuration/change documentation and JIRA records.
  • Support planned and emergency releases, patching/upgrades and security-remediation activities in coordination with the Business Systems Analyst, technical staff and OCIO. Required Skills
  • 4-7+ years in software/system QA, configuration management, release management or related functions.
  • Bachelor's degree required in IT, computer science, information systems, engineering or related discipline.
  • Software/system quality assurance.
  • Functional and regression testing.
  • Test planning and test documentation.
  • Defect identification/tracking.
  • Configuration management.
  • Change and release management.
  • JIRA.
  • QA validation.
  • Root-cause analysis and corrective action.
  • Technical documentation. Preferred Skills
  • Federal change/release-management processes.
  • CMM/FileOnQ.
  • Financial systems.
  • SQL/data validation.
  • Security remediation tracking.
  • Agile/Scrum.
  • Section 508 testing.
Location & Work Requirements Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area and prepared to work onsite as needed based on business requirements. U.S. citizenship is required for this position. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Preferred certifications:
ITIL, ISTQB, Agile/Scrum, configuration-management or comparable QA certification.
