## Standard Job Description Performs a variety of activities in information systems design, development, and analysis encompassing one or more of the following areas of technical expertise: programming, computer application analysis, software development, systems integration, and related disciplines. ## Basic Qualifications
  • Proven experience with agile methodologies and associated tooling (e.g., JIRA, DevOps).
  • Strong background in developing software requirements, user stories, and test cases.
  • Demonstrated customer-focused mindset and empathy
  • Strategic thinking with a tactical execution focus
  • Ability to balance short term deliverables with long term product vision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and fast paced environments
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
  • ## Desired Skills
  • Hands on expertise in software test automation frameworks and practices.
  • Certified Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent

    $85300.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
