Job Overview :

This engagement focused on system design, configuration management, process automation, and enterprise software optimization, particularly within field service and dispatch platforms like Office Track.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and define the Office Track golden configuration, including clear and measurable acceptance criteria. Develop and execute a phased rollout strategy with structured change management (pilot - expansion - scale). Establish role-based access controls (RBAC) and implement system guardrails to reduce manual workarounds. Identify UI/UX pain points, and recommend AI-driven enhancements and automation opportunities across dispatch and field operations. Improve system integrations between Office Track and adjacent enterprise applications. Create and execute comprehensive test plans in production-like environments. Build and maintain a continuous improvement backlog, driving ongoing process optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance workflow efficiency and system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Software Technical Expert, Solutions Architect, or Systems Engineer. Strong expertise in enterprise software implementation, configuration, and optimization. Experience with field service management systems (Office Track preferred). Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation. Strong understanding of change management and rollout strategies. Experience designing role-based permissions and security controls. Proficiency in test planning, QA, and validation in production-like environments. Ability to identify and implement AI and automation solutions. : Pay Range•: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour. •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc .
