Monday-Friday Equip Recycling , an electronics recycling and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) company operating since 2008, has opened a new warehouse in Orlando, FL. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented IT Hardware Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities Disassemble and sort computers, laptops, servers, hard drives, and other IT equipment Perform secure data destruction and hard drive wiping according to company procedures Test, evaluate, and grade IT equipment for resale or recycling Prepare tested equipment for sale on eBay and other online marketplaces Take product photos, create accurate descriptions, research pricing, and assist with shipping Organize and maintain IT equipment and inventory Assist with general warehouse operations as needed Safely operate warehouse equipment; forklift experience is a plus Qualifications English required; Hindi or Urdu preferred Must be able to communicate effectively in English for listings, documentation, and workplace communication Hindi or Urdu is preferred for communication with other members of our operations team At least 1 year of experience with IT hardware, computer repair, testing, IT asset management, electronics recycling, or a related field preferred Experience selling IT equipment on eBay is strongly preferred Experience with Amazon, Back Market, Facebook Marketplace, or similar platforms is a plus Familiarity with data-wiping software such as Blancco, DBAN, or similar tools is preferred Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work as part of a team Forklift experience or certification is a plus but not required
