We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Provider Configuration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, testing, and maintaining provider configurations to ensure accurate claims processing and system integrity. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and healthcare processes.Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain provider data within internal systems with a high degree of accuracy Ensure all provider setups align with critical timelines and compliance requirements Perform thorough data entry, validation, and quality checks Assist with testing and implementation of system updates related to provider configuration Document processes and maintain accurate records of configurations Collaborate with internal teams to support claims adjudication and resolve discrepanciesQualifications:
Bachelor' s degree preferred, or a combination of education and relevant experience Minimum of 2 years of related experience in provider configuration, healthcare administration, or data management preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSkills & Competencies:
Knowledge of medical terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to interpret technical procedures, business documents, and regulatory guidelinesWork Environment & Physical Requirements:
Primarily a seated, office-based role Regular use of computers and standard office equipment Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds Moderate noise level in a professional work environment Why Join Us?
