• The SAP Aerospace & Defense Delivery & Solutioning Architect (Product Development through Manufacturing) is a senior transformation leader responsible for end‑to‑end solution architecture and delivery execution for complex SAP programs within the Aerospace & Defense industry.

This role combines deep SAP technical and functional expertise with strong industry knowledge to design, govern, and deliver scalable, secure, and mission‑critical SAP solutions that support highly regulated, asset‑intensive environments. Solution Architects assess a project's technical feasibility and implementation risks and are responsible for the design and implementation of the overall technical and solution architecture. They define system structures, interfaces, and solution principles that guide enterprise architecture, software design, and delivery execution. The scope of the role is driven by the business challenge being addressed, requiring the architect to apply deep business understanding alongside SAP and technology expertise. At the Solution / Delivery Architect Director level, this role is accountable for owning, shaping, and driving the solution, leading successful delivery outcomes, and strengthening the strategic partnership between Capgemini and the client. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $123,750-$288,000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
