- The SAP Utilities / Oil & Gas Delivery & Solutioning Architect is a senior transformation leader responsible for end‑to‑end solution architecture and delivery execution for complex SAP programs within the Utilities and Oil & Gas sector.
This role combines deep SAP technical and functional expertise with strong industry knowledge to design, govern, and deliver scalable, resilient, and high‑impact SAP solutions that support asset‑intensive, regulated, and operationally complex environments. Operating as both a Solution Architect and Delivery Leader, this role ensures SAP programs successfully transition from solutioning through execution while meeting critical regulatory, operational, and business objectives specific to Utilities and Oil & Gas organizations, including reliability, compliance, asset management, and financial integrity. Solution Architects assess a project's technical feasibility and implementation risks and are responsible for the design and implementation of the overall technical and solution architecture. They define system structures, interfaces, and solution principles that guide enterprise architecture, software design, and delivery execution. The scope of the role is driven by the business challenge being addressed, requiring the architect to apply deep business understanding alongside SAP and technology expertise. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $123,750-$288,000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
