  • Full-time Overview Join our dynamic team as an F-15 Analyst/Equipment Specialist and become a vital contributor to the maintenance, analysis, and repair of advanced military aircraft systems.
The F-15 Analyst/Equipment Specialist provides analytical and equipment sustainment support for the F-15 fleet, with emphasis on maintenance data integrity, depot inspection results, equipment status, and sustainment reporting. This role supports government engineering, logistics, and depot organizations by ensuring accurate technical data, identifying trends, and enabling informed airworthiness and life-cycle sustainment decisions. Responsibilities Maintain, validate, reconcile, and report aircraft maintenance, inspection, and equipment data within Air Force systems of record (e.g., AutoTAR and 107 SOR). Analyze Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) incoming inspection findings and document discrepancies affecting aircraft structure, systems, and installed equipment. Produce daily, monthly, and ad hoc reports on equipment condition, inspection status, and sustainment metrics. Scrub and trend repair, inspection, and maintenance data to identify repeat discrepancies, adverse trends, and systemic sustainment risks. Prepare technical data packages, metrics, and summaries to support engineering assessments and sustainment decision-making. Document structural, system, and equipment findings to support repair planning, configuration tracking, and life-cycle assessments. Support sustainment data transition efforts associated with digital engineering and product lifecycle management initiatives. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of F-15 maintenance, sustainment, and depot-level inspection processes. Knowledge of Air Force maintenance data systems, equipment records, and technical documentation. Understanding of aircraft configuration management and life-cycle sustainment principles.
Skills:
Skill in analyzing, validating, and trending aircraft maintenance, inspection, and repair data. Skill in developing technical reports, summaries, and sustainment metrics for government stakeholders. Skill in coordinating with engineering, logistics, and depot personnel to resolve data discrepancies.
Abilities:
Ability to identify data inconsistencies and translate findings into actionable sustainment information. Ability to support airworthiness and sustainment decisions through accurate documentation and analysis. Ability to operate effectively within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
Pay:
$60,000.00
